First edition dated this 30th. Day of January, 2011.
Article 1
The primary purpose of this petition is to attain 1 million signatures, from the citizens of Europe, out of 7 different European countries, to formulate the intent to unite all European Nations together under one State, for example, “The United States of Europe”: United Europe.
1(a)
All the undersigned, citizens of Europe, want that the government define a specific date and time for the realization of a United Europe, as outlined and specified in Article1.
1(b)
All European countries are asked to vote on this issue within the European Government.
1(c)
Those countries who vote in favor of this petition can then be united together under one unified government: United Europe.
1(d)
Those who do not vote (withhold their votes) or who vote against this petition would remain in the existing constellation of Europe without unification.

The above articles express the primary issues related to this petition, at this moment in time only. Enormous work is related to this effort which we are prepared to undergo with the help and enthusiasm of millions of Europeans. We want to be a representative and interactive part of the new Europe, participating in discussions and voting on critical issues that affect Europe and its citizens. We do not want a Europe that acts and reacts, passing legislation that affects millions of citizens in the interests of private concerns or interest groups.

We want is a responsible European Government, united as one Nation, which makes decisions with its people and for its people. If this is what you want, then we thank you for signing this petition.
